Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery should take approximately 5-7 days from the date of the order.
  • International Shipping: The delivery period depends with the venue of delivery. Should there be any customs duties or taxes those are to be borne by the buyer.

Return Policy

It’s quite important for you to get the right item which you will end up loving! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return following the guidelines below:

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Customized or bespoke products are non-refundable unless defective.

Criteria

  • Eligibility: All products purchased online may be returned within fourteen days from the date of delivery in its unused, unopened condition, in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Special or made-to-order goods are non-returnable except if they are received in a faulty state.

As soon as your application is reviewed and approved, further return information will be forwarded to you.

Enclose the item securely and send it back using only a delivery method that can be tracked.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by customers unless the goods are faulty or the wrong item was shipped.

Inspection and Refunds: Your refunds will be credited to your account within 7 business days from the time we receive and process the returned item.

Exchanges

We at the moment are not organizing direct exchanges. If you want to change an item, we would want you to send back the original product and order for a new one.

Cancellations

  • For any order that is already processed within the first 24 hours, it will be impossible to cancel the order that has been placed.
